Bad breath issue
There is this continues white layer forming on the tongue after tongue scraping also it's not going and even if it is gone, it's coming back. Whatever food I eat, my mouth smells like that food. I am losing self confidence to talk to anybody. Can someone guide me what is to be done?

please get a professional checkup.. u might need complete scaling polishing or some cavities … coating could be because of some stomach trouble … or if ur on any medication … consult your physician for that

Scrape the tongue gently. Don't be harsh. Use mouthwash 2-3 times a day. Drink enough water. Wait for 8-10 days. If the condition isn't reducing then visit dentist.

Bad breath could be due to multiple reasons. 1, Bad Oral Hygeine. 2, Acid Reflux from stomach. 3, Any systemic diseases.
