If your doctor is qualified professional, if he has laser degree and if he has explained you your problem and the reason for laser treatment then offcourse you can do it. Laser is a recent  non invasive painless bloodless procedure. If you have confusion you can inline consult if your condition is applicable for laserand then go ahead with the treatment.  Iaser treatment is revolution in dental field which gives patient proper treatment with much less pain and blood but not all problem require laser. You need to trust your doctor.
