Bad bowel habit
Hi,     Since childhood I have a very bad bowel habit. Its not regular. i don't pass stool everyday.there is always one day gap in every movement (sometimes 2). Please suggest some ayurvedic treatment for the same.

Hello Ma'am,long term duration constipation is not good for your proper health, Take Decoction of fresh Giloy Mulethi anjeer Draksha at morning and evening Abhayarista 4 tsf bid with equal amount of water after meals,Banana with milk at night, Isabgol 2 tsf at night with Lukewarm water or milk, Take fresh aloe vera, Amala juice at morning, Take walnuts pistachio almonds Draksha anjeer Sprouted seeds Cow's milk and it's products honey, pumpkin etc mixed roasted seeds, pomegranate juice watermelon coconut water, seasonal vegetables and fruits
