Backpain post Delievery
I had my C-section done under anesthesia in April and its been 3 months i still have terrible backpain. Daily night i use to take hot water bag and massage regularly still. Any medication suggested??

Do not take any medications just go to near by Physiotherapy Clinic and get IFT to reduce pain for 7 days. Your pain will gradually reduce.
Next Steps
Most importantly do core and abdominal strengthening exercises regularly at home. this will prevent you in getting next time.

Do not stand for long time apply hot packs after your physio sessions.

Hi in some cases post delivery patient feels pain i.e due to weakness,hormonal changes and stress,not getting proper rest.just avoid long time sitting, while sitting put a pillow behind for back support,take calcium for another 6 months post delivery,take proper sunlight. Do isometric exercises for back .

Hi, post C section body takes time to recover, its better to start with back isometric exercises and take your calcium supplements regularly... Maintain proper posture while feeding the baby..Eventually back pain will subside if not then kindly visit physiotherapists near by for further management.

No meed to eat medicine everyday do back isometric exercise after hot formantation ,do this for 5 days if not getting relif u may visit nearest physiotherapy centre or do a online consulration with a well skilled physiotherapist

Hi, Most of the women post delivery face this low back pain especially after C- section..That's due to Lumbar puncture. TENS, Hot fermentation and some strengthening exercises would help.

Back care recommended. Don't get up suddenly from lying position, instead turn to side lying and then come to sitting and then to standing. Avoid bending and over head activity.

Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and take electrotherapy for a week. IFT+US will help reduce pain completely. Strengthening of lower back exercises and hot pack twice a day will be helpfull.

No need to go for massages now. Postural correction advised . While feeding baby place pillows behind your back n sit with back supported. Check your calcium n vit D levels

Take electrical modalities treatment to reduce pain and inflammation in the back. After reducing pain start doing spinal strengthening exercises,core strengthening exercises for 3 months. Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic for proper assessment and treatment.
