  4. Backpain in backbone. But now stiffed.

Back pain in lower backbone since last 2 days. Wearing belt, pain is reduced but now stiffed.

It may be mechanical pain, start with tab zerodol mr twice a day, hot fomentation, rest, spine exercise.
