Backpain and shoulder pain
My friend is having sever back bone pain and shoulder pain, some times pain goes to right/left shoulder and sometimes back pain. Breathe shortage is also observed. Some years back she was diagnosed with less hemoglobin in blood. After taking proper food for 3 months it was good. Can someone help, what should be next.

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

It could be a musculoskeletal issue but better get it assessd once with your GP and have a whole body screening if there is no major systemic cause for it then see a physio who can sort out any musculoskeletal problem
