Severe back pain, unable to do work for a longer time frame. Gets exhauseted and breathlessness after even household work.

Looks you have not been doing any exercises and overburdened by household work. Need to maintain correct post while cleaning, cooking etc. try to avoid lifting weights from ground and regular walks. Use western toilet. Sos painkillers.
