Back pain with sleep disc
I am suffering from back pain from last 10 years .even 8f sleeping on floors still persists. Taken x-rays and found L4 disc sleeped long back. I wanted to know whether this was happed due to sleeping on stomach for 1st 15 years of life as no other accident i remember.
Also wanted to know about remedies available without surgery as it don't guarantee or life threatening.
I already shown to doctor's but most suggestions are only exercises. Sometimes it's not possible to continue for 1 -2 days then it start paining . Thought I do yoga but one can't keep doing regularly without fail.

Hi, lower backache with sleeper disc has been the today's world common problem due to lack of exercise, wrong sitting posture, lack of necessary nutrition ,etc
Best way to deal with this problem is to improve your diet , start exercising a little , improve your sitting posture. But I know this you have been told lot of time and you have also tried to do so as per your time premits.
So know what can be done to differently to find same results with good relief.
According to me in order to deal with this situation we will require to go step by step.
Firstly get me recent x-ray of last spine.
Then I would suggest you to visit physiotherapy near you and if possible try to connect me with physiotherapist to guide him.
