Hi doctors, my Mother have back pain upper right middle portion...and Only One place. When She was Doing regular home works...And she feel sometimes and She Also Said One things She feel That When She was sick like Cold she Feel this Pain And Another time She not feel that. And previous somedays she feel cold..and Fever like..

Like how severe is the pain and is it radiating to any other site of your body
Few more tests are required to diagnose.
As per your Information of the location of pain, if the pain is much more severe,it can be due to stone. Sometimes it is due to liver issues, and sometimes it can be because of simple gastritis issue.
Until and unless the patient is examined physically it's difficult to diagnose.
So, kindly consult a general surgeon.

Cold and fever maybe due to viral infection, whereas chances are back pain might be due to age and lifestyle.
Give tablet zerodol mr one after lunch and dinner for three days.
Review if pain still persists after that.
