Hello there.... well you have mentioned your problem in a very brief manner...but there are certain questions i need to ask you?
1)did the pain start suddenly or you have a history of back pain?
2)did the pain start as a result of lifting something or you twisted yourself in a wrong way?
3)do you get pain even at rest?
4)is the pain constant or comes n goes
5)which movements of back are painful eg bending forward or sideways??
Right now i would advice you to stop any kind of massage or oil application immediately.
Sometimes an oil/gel masaage infact aggrevates the existing pain.
