My query are; 1.Presenly ,I have minor pain on back side. How long I will be fully recovered from back pain? Or I take rest? 2.Can I now go to office by scooter ?(or I should use car). 3.Should I continue use hot water fumetation? 4.Can I bend or can I sit on chair for long time?

Back pain is difficult to diagnose and treat. Few questions about your backpain, I need to know. When do u have it? Morning evening, after work? Would it be relieved after rest? Would it increase after work or in morning or in night? Do u hv heel pain? Or other joint pain or swelling?. Bz if u hv simple mechanical pain, then it would be relieved in approx 2 weeks maximum. And if you don't improve, u can consult one Rheumatologist.
