  4. Back pain on left side. Since 04 days.

Back pain on left side
Having a pain like a shock at the left side of the back at the waist line. Cannot do sudden movement as it gives pain. Sometimes unable to walk and limp for few minutes. This pain is there since 04 days.

Hi... I would like to know if you have similar kind of pain before... Had you taken any investigation for the same... What kind of work are you involved in... How does the pain started initially... Was there any pain radiating down to your left leg... As of now... I recommend you not to bend and strain... Do icing frequently over the painful area.. Kindly get back with relevant details to help you better..
