My back is paining from last 1 month,initially lower back was paining and now pain comes to middle.it hurting at time of sleeping and also at time of sitting.

Hello there,,, There are various causes of back pain...the problem could be anything from muscle stiffness to vertebral problem ...also where exactly is the site of pain? You would need proper assessment and detail history. Also if there is acute episode of backpain then you would need complete bed rest for some days. Regards
