Iam 35 yr old female. Having back pain for the couple of days. Legs feeling stretched and muscle catch in both calfs. Feeling sluggish to carry out daily work.

Hi, Back pain with out leg pain usually resolves with Physio - IFT. Once pain in controlled do back strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. Consult Ortho doctor. Calf pain might be due to back problem. check Vit d and B12.
