Back pain like sprain
From two days i am having back pain exactly behind my abdomen and tha pain is like sprain and i can feel it littlebit in my back bone too and from last week i am suffering from anxiousness that generally happens at night and due to that i am not even able to sleep i am just confused that whome should i visit

sprain or spasm occurs when you have lifted heavy weight or abnormal posture while sleeping or turning.... Use muscle relaxant for relief... if symptoms are severe consult physician...
