Hi, My mom has back pain and knee pain as well. When we consult with a doctor, he took MRI scan and diagnosed that blood is not supplying through her spine to legs and it causes knee pain to her. He said my mom has to under go an laser operation to cure it. We are afraid that whether it ll cause any side effect and whether it will cure her properly or not. Please advise if its a correct treatment or should we consult wit some other doctor ? Or should we consult wit neuro doctor ?

Going by the description of your mother's symptoms, it looks like a Spinal Canal Stenosis. Please take a second opinion from a  Spine Specialist/ Neurologist.
