Back Pain in the Upper-mid Left Back
I have been having back pain in the Upper to mid left side of back for about 10 days now. sometimes i cant even sit or walk straight. I go to gym but when working out the pain is not that much but when i rest or in normal life it is very much. i know there are many reasons like Gas , muscle stretch of tear or even slip disk but i dont know what it is.
