I am a CA student and I study about 11-12 hours on chair .because of it I feel pain in my back (upper parts of hips).
What I do to get rid of it.
When I apply move or any orthodox cream then I feel little bit of comfort but after 2-3 minutes I feel again lots of pain.

Place a pillow on your back while sitting.
take breaks between studies for 1-2 minutes.
you can do icing through ice pack available in market. place a leg support for relaxing your leg muscles.
you just have to take care of your posture that is very necessary and beneficial.
consult physiotherapist or orthopaedician for treatment.
As you have to sit for prolong periods
1.Make sure your chair is comfortable, proper cushion ing
2.Study table and chair height in proportion.
3.Take break in between studies,or just go with sideways bending, calf stretches in sitting position
Chiropractic Mobilization will help.
Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.
Take frequent short breaks ,move around, check your posture while sitting....consult physiotherapist for right sitting posture n core strengthening exercises..
Pain Due to Prolong compression of your spine with no mobility stretch which is can lead to spasm or muscle weakness. Advice to do icing for 10min twice in a day rather than using ointments.
Next Steps
consult local Physical therapist.
Health Tips
