Pain at the lower back portion of head
I am a CA FINAL STUDENT.  I have to study for long hours. There is a very bad pain at the back(left & right) side of my neck. This pain is there for around 2 years. This has been increasing since then. I consulted a local doctor,  he suggested  some Physiotherapy sessions,  but I can't afford to go to a physiotherapist every day as I don't have much free time.  Please suggest something permanent. I want permanent relief. Please.

Hi, drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration. Dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. Dehydration also causes more headache in the back towards the end of the day. Do neck muscle strengthening exercises. I hope this helps.
