U have two different issues but as your body is connected as a whole...one problem may lead to another. Plz treat Ur gastric acidity or constipation if u hv any of these. 60% chances Ur back pain may go off. Since how long do u hv back pain. If it's very recent use ice pack twice a day but if Ur back pain is there since more than 6 wks use hot pack to relax Ur taut muscles. Once your back pain is reduced u can start 1. Stretching exercises for Ur front n back leg muscles 2. Strengthening of your gluteus (buttocks) and core muscles 3. Foam roller release of sides of Ur thighs 4. Gentle massage of Ur abdomen
Next Steps
Looking at the current situation u can do an online consultation with Physiotherapist. We hv started zoom video online consultations for therapist n patients safety.
Health Tips

As per the physician's advice first you have to rule out wheather you have systemic problem with your pyrolic endoscopy. For your back pain , I would like to know whether the pain is continuous or intermittent, upper to lower back pain either on your muscles or spine, how long you have this pain, which activity increases your pain, which activity decreases your pain?
Next Steps
You can give hot water fomentation and can use Volini spray or gel on your back. Ensure that you are not allergic. You can do slow walking for 15min twice a day.
Health Tips
If the pain persists then you need to consult a Physician or Physiotherapist for further evaluation and treatment.

If it's movable pain generally it's gastric pain .No we all are sitting home idely not moving much and timings also missed like getting up late and eating food at wrong time is cause of this problem. Walk a bit inside the home , do some stretching and eat light food digesable at proper time and feel hungry to have food.eat fruits for one time.
