Back pain from last three day
Sir I am suffering back pain from last three day, and I also tried mobizox but no benefit I was regularly using oil, pain relief balm etc for massage. Also went for X-ray radiologist said so no big problem.

Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

For your backache ,you may need physiotherapy treatment. only medicine can't relieve pain..

you may consult to a qualified physio with reports along with patient.

Hi..Its look like mechanical back pain,it is happen sometime because of over strain on back .May be your back muscles are weaker.You should strengthen your back muscles.

Take tratment of IFT and US in physio center. You can apply pain relief gel and hot water bag(hot formatation) for 15 mins twice day. once your pain is less start back strengthening exercise regular. Don't strain you back, Don't stand or sit long time.
