You didn't mention the indication for your Hysterectomy with Salpingo-ophrectomy. At the young age of 35 years there should be a reason for removing ovaries.  Before prescribing HRT I would like to get your FSH level. Backache can be due to the bad posture of the back,  Calcium deficiency, or lack of physical activity.

You need to be regular with the intake of calcium supplements despite serum calcium levels being normal Rather than hrt which has its own side effects I would want you to connect with an orthopaedic surgeon  to rule out other reasons for back pain

What is Indication of hysterectomy? And under what anesthesia it was done? Calcium and vitamin D supplements you can take but for hrt you should consult before starting
