I have both side of the tongue (on the back side) 2-3 papulle. Is it a serious things. It's there from long time. Same size. My tongue is large enough and have teeth marks on the tongue. I have consulted doctors and they say it is normal. I am worried. Should I understand any imaging test to rule out any serious issue..?

Papillae on tongue are normal. They vary in person to person with size. And usually with large tongue, they seem more prominent.
