Hello I am having back pain especially while coughing and sneezing. Please recommend what exercise to do for relief. I have to attend trekking course next year may. I want my back to be strengthened.

Lie on with your back and train breathing exercise for relaxation. Change lying positions as on side lying and hip and knee 90 degree flexion for training relaxation
