Back and Neck Pain from 5 years
I have lower back and neck pain from 5 years. It's started when I was doing my shoulder exercise in gym weight was too heavy. That time all pressure fell on my spine. That time I felt that I broke my spine. I was in bed for a week. I have shown to many doctors but didn't got results. XRay reports was clear. I don't know what is the problem.
