Grade 2 spondylolysis with listhesis L5 over S1.Curvature is altered , intervertebral disc spaces reduced at L5-S1 and abnormal movement seen at L5 over S1 on flexion and extension view. Treatment given left L4-5 facet injection,left L5 pars,left L5-S1 facet block was performed using Tricort and Sensoricaine. No relief

The goal of surgical treatment in this setting is to decompress the neural elements and immobilize the unstable segment or segments of the spinal column. This is usually performed with elimination of motion across the facet joint and the intervertebral disc through arthrodesis (fusion)
