Back ache/pain
I Weigh 73kgs.I have pain in my lower back .I can't able to walk and sit . Last time I had pain in November. My posture is also tilted because of pain. I am a student and spend lot of time by sitting on bed and study table.

U should start the fittness programme.. maintain the diet also... use the waist brace during work and sitting to maintain back errect.. try to maintain the body posture straight., stand smart and sit smart. U should change ur position every 15 mins while u r studding.. if u have more pain at now then take physiotherapy treatment. Take moist hot pack.. hope u get well soon.. Thanks.. TC..

If ur posture tilted firstly by physiotherapist tk help to maintain it tilted and also physiotherapy treatment.

Hi low back pain may be due to ur heavy weight.As your female weight is also a concern for back pain so try to reduce weight as it wil help you in reducing risks of back pain.
