My daughter is having back ache since 4 days , it's on left side below shoulder. She did not have any injury.

This may either be due to a musculoskeletal cause which is wrong positioning or lifting heavy onject or it can be due to a nerve related cause. Therefore the pain is persistent. More likely a musculoskeletal cause due to spasm of infraspinatus.
