Observing the picture, the condition can be diagnosed as early childhood caries/nursing bottle caries. However, the probing test has to be done to confirm the diagnosis. Differential diagnosis - Dental fluorosis

Upon review these were the findings - Male child 17month old has whitish discoloration of tooth since ?days Elaborately these are to be done for - White frosty appearance of tooth, caries? Probing for diagnosis Other teeth condition suggestive of after feed care of teeth - maintain dry teeth after every feed using a soft cloth or guaze cloth to wipe the teeth - avoid rampant caries Caries diagnosis and restorations Provisional diagnosis - Caries irt teeth (due to lack of teeth care after feed) Differential diagnosis - Fluorosis Diagnostic tests - Diagnostic probing Treatment advise for - clinical evaluation and restorations of caries Prognosis - fair

By Observing the photograph it can be dental fluorosis. It can occur due to over exposure to fluoride from toothpaste or water sources.
