My baby is 7 months old. He doesn't keep anything in his mouth except his fingers. I tried to give him teethers and toys he just play with them with his hands but doesn't keep them in his mouth. He also keeps his blankets in his mouth. Is it normal or is it a problem?

Mouthing is a normal developmental behaviour.
As the baby grows they experience or try to connect everything with mouth, and also they will be having teeth eruption which will cause pain and increase the eagerness to bite.
Babies find their own fingers best soothers, so nothing to worry. Slowly but surely baby will start using teethers.
Next Steps
Try to give different types of soothers Soft to a little firm ones.

Hello,
As I understood from your complaints that he doesn’t keep teether or toy in mouth.
Firstly I would like to know you are giving mother milk only or started weaning food.
Does he take feeds well and growing well?
If yes, then no need to worry, it is good he is not taking things or toy in mouth. It protect child from infection.
Next Steps
Tell me his diet history
Health Tips
Don’t use teether or pacifier or bottle it harms your child and infect your child. Instead give him clean and dry napkin or full carrot(he will not eat it but it relieve the symptoms ) if he is having irritation or itching in gums.
