Baby constipation
My baby is 7 month old ...I give her homemade fried Nd crushed wheat Nd make it powder. When feeding I boil water Nd add this a spoon Nd boil for 7min then add banana Nd give her. For lunch - rice, daal , carrot Nd potato all steamed Nd smashed Nd add ghee. This is my routine. Nd one cow's milk feed in eve equal amount mix wid water, since she was 3 month old I give her. .sterday she suffered so hard to go for stool Nd cried. Her stool is so hard Nd she couldn't go once itself...she tuk time for it...cried ... Wat can b d cause?

Hi! Avoid cows milk. Animal milk to be introduced only after 1 year of age. You can give rest of them, start various fruits and veggies.

Are you giving breast milk Milk is not sufficient You can add ragi powder to wheat powder and lentils . Add more vegetables like beans and broccoli . Green leafy vegetables like Palak , methionine leaves
