Baby arch backward
My 6 month baby arch backwards and cry during breast feeding in inclined position. During night feeds are normal but during day it is very difficult. Also during bottle feeding or spoon feeding eighther milk or solid she prefers flat position because in inclined position she cries and arch back. Why is it so. When bottle feeding she doesn't take more than 50-60 ml and then she refuses. Then I spoon feed her.

This can be due to gastroesophageal reflux disease. If baby not gaining proper weight baby needs propped up position and proper burping after feeds.Baby requires some medicines for this you should consult paediatrician.

The problem seems more with the overfeeding. U r giving her breast feed, top feed and solid food. When she is not hungry ,she arched back, by this  way she shows her refusal for  feeding.
Next Steps
stop bottle feed, always feed in upright position ,keep the time gap between two feeds.
Health Tips
Burping after each feed is also very important.

Definitely there is problem in feeding habits.your baby has more preference in flat position which is comfortable but dangerous. Always feed head upright position and burp the baby well after each feed and don't allow to let him flat position. Try to stop bottle feed gradually.

I agree with Dr Mitttal. Thiis could be a problem of overfeeding at small gap.

This can be a sign of Gastro esophageal reflux. It will settle on its own as the baby grows , if no weight loss , increased heart rate during the posturing . Nothing to worry.
