Can I take 3000mcg b12 gummies per day? How often should I take it? My doctor suggested me to take 1500 alternate day because my stomach get bit upset after taking b12 tablets..I won't feel comfortable after taking it..so doctor suggested me to take 1500 mch but I bought 3000 mcg..can I take it?

These are available only on Amazon. I could not find any literature which authenticates their claims. I suppose you can try these gummies. Only time will tell whether they did some good to you or not.
