I have diagnosed for BP from 2019 from that time my systolic BP is 130 to 140 range and Dialostic 88 to 94.. in 2020 u took muktavati fro 1 month and BP came down.. but once again after leaving that for few days once again.. my BP came to 140 to 90 now what should I do can I take Muktavati once again for the BP.. I Don't want to take allopathy tablets.. i want ayurveda treatment please guide

Hi,as per the age and risk factors you should try to reduce or bring your hypertension under control by all means
Reduce salt intake and watch
Continue the same treatment,as mukta vati does not have tranquilizing effect
There are medicines for high blood pressure like sarpagandha but they should be given under doctor supervision

You can also take Arjun Arisht .3 table spoon mix with table spoon water then take it after breakfast and after dinner ( twice a day ). It has good result .vadynath company or patanjli both company have good result of this medicine
