Avulsion fracture
Hello Sir/mam Please find my attached mri report and please advise surgery is needed or it can be treated by any other way if surgery happens it will heel permanent or my chances of having trouble again in future. Do I get a normal life after surgery. Thanks in advance

For avulsion fracture of posterior cruciate ligament surgery is needed. For grade 2 sprain of Anterior cruciate ligament no need for surgery. Conservative management to be done
Next Steps
For now use long knee brace except in the night while sleeping. Avoid climbing stairs sitting cross legged and two wheelers. for pain take tab zerodol SP1-0-1*5 after food
