Wear loose cotton clothes
Discharge may happen in pregnancy but if it very watery, profuse, associated with smell or itching please consult a gynecologist immediately. Do not take any medication without consulting

If it is associated with itching/ pain / bleeding then you need to worry
Maintain hygiene
