Burning while passing urine together with vaginal itching can mean a urinary infection, a vaginal yeast infection, or both at the same time, and they need different treatment. Which antibiotic or antifungal suits you, including whether Norflox is right here, depends on what the infection actually is.
Next Steps
Get a urine routine and culture test done, since your periods starting doesn't rule out an ongoing infection. See a gynaecologist so they can examine you and choose the right medicine based on the test and your symptoms.
Health Tips
Avoid self-starting Norflox or any antibiotic without a test, since the wrong one can fail to clear the infection.
