Vaginal Infection
I'm having cuts and a lot of itching in the outer vaginal area. I’ve used Candid and other creams prescribed by the doctor, but it keeps coming back, especially after my periods. I want a permanent solution. What should I do?

Cuts and itching that return after every period, even with antifungal cream, usually point to a recurring yeast infection or skin irritation that isn't fully clearing, or has an underlying trigger such as moisture buildup, tight clothing, or your blood sugar levels.
Next Steps
Ask your gynaecologist for a vaginal swab test to confirm the actual cause and whether you need a longer treatment course or a blood sugar check. Keep the area dry, switch to breathable cotton underwear, and avoid scented soaps or wipes.
Health Tips
A proper in-person exam is worth it here, since infections that keep recurring after repeated cream use often need a different approach to get a lasting fix.
