At L4-5 diffuse disc bulge causing indentation on the thecal sac. Causing tingling sensation in leg and sometimes burning sensation, do I need to worry about this?
I'm a software professional sitting long time and I don't have any other symptoms only have left leg tingling and burning sensation frequently.
Please find attached report and suggest further treatment.

It's good to know that you don't have much symptoms other than tingling and burning.
As per the report you have a disc at L4 L5 level with compression more towards the left side which is correlating with your symptoms.
If your body mass index that is BMI is on the normal side that's good if not it is advisable for you to lose some weight to have it in the normal range.
Next Steps
I would suggest you to start some lower back strengthening exercises and to avoid sitting for long durations. Starting few medications for tingling like a multivitamin course could be helpful.Please consult if further details required.
