I am 30 year old and last night i had nightfall. Is it normal? As , 2.5 months before i used to masturbate twice - thrice a week but now i have stopped also , last i masturbated was 3- 4 weeks ago as i decided to not to over do it and yesterday at morning 4 am all of sudden i had nightfall( large amount of sticky liquid )and then i had urge to pee . Is it normal for a person of my age ? I am quite worried.
