I am 29 yrs old married man. I have steady sexual life with my wife. But even after that I had nightfall a couple of weeks ago, obviously on that night I didn't have sex. What might be the reason?? And should I have to go through any medication course?? Any advise would be of great help. Thanks.

Thank you for your question.
Night emissions are a normal part of a mans sexual apparatus. Although some men find that if they have regular sex or masturbate regularly night emissions decrease. However they need not go away completely. It is just your body's way of clearing your sexual apparatus so that fresh secretions and sperm can take its place. You don't need any medication. Some men find that if they have sex frequently and this decreases suddenly the body adapts by using night emissions. These too gradually decline in frequency when sexual activity is restricted or suppressed for any reason.
best wishes
