Until then, maintain good sleep, stay well hydrated, exercise regularly, avoid excessive pornography or prolonged and eat a balanced diet.
Having nightfalls (nocturnal emissions) 3â4 times per week can be normal in some young men, especially if they are not sexually active. However, if this pattern has started only in the last 3â4 months and is accompanied by severe head heaviness, difficulty concentrating, muscle aches, joint pain, and fatigue, these symptoms are unlikely to be caused by the nightfall itself.
Nightfall does not cause significant loss of strength, brain damage, or long-term weakness. Your symptoms suggest that there may be another underlying issue, such as:
Poor sleep quality or sleep deprivation.
Stress, anxiety, or depression.
Vitamin or mineral deficiencies (such as vitamin B12, vitamin D, or iron).
Thyroid disorders or other metabolic conditions.
Less commonly, a neurological or other medical condition causing persistent head heaviness.

For a comprehensive evaluation and personalized guidance, you may connect with us at 9 3 1 5 6 6 1 5 6 5. We will assess your symptoms in detail and help identify the underlying cause rather than attributing everything to nightfall.
Health Tips
Maintain a regular sleep schedule of 7â9 hours, exercise regularly, stay well hydrated, and eat a balanced diet. Avoid excessive pornography or prolonged sexual stimulation before bedtime if you find it increases the frequency of nightfalls. Remember that nightfall itself is a normal physiological event and is not known to cause severe weakness or cognitive problems. Because your main complaint is severe head heaviness and inability to concentrate, it is important not to assume that nightfall is the cause. A proper medical evaluation is warranted to identify and treat the actual underlying problem. Thank you
Nightfall is a normal phenomenon. However headache / heaviness could be a worry some one...You can go for one CT Scan head and contact me after that. One drug could be helpful in both the symptoms
