Ashwagandha expiration
Ayurvedic Dr suggested me to take ashwagandha last year, due to pneumonia I stopped it for one year.. I am starting the same ashwagandha , I bought ashwagandha capsule on May 2016, last year Manufactured date April 2016, expiry date is 3 years after manufacture , can I continue the same ashwagandha capsule ?

Of course you can take it.But you should remain in touch with your doctor.Because for a long time one should not do self medication.There can be need of some changes.

For what purpose it was recommended at that time? Get u reexamined and if recommend then continue it,as u said u hve a  pneumonia.Best medicines r available .

Yes you can but will need to double the dose as powder losses it's potency gradually.
