Hello Doctor Can we take ashwagandha tablet daily for energy throughout the day? Is it fine to take daily without any advise??

Ashwagandha is safe you can continue ,but ensure the right dose according to your PRAKRUTI (body constitution).preferably take with warm milk. It'll increase energy level & stamina.It'll also helps to gain muscles & weight.

Hello. Ashwagandha has many benefits. A person can use Ashwagandha with due respect to its dosage. Tablets have more of binding agent and have less amount of root powder (usually used part), which reduces its utility. You can try Ashwagandha Lehya / Rasayana as a part of your daily routine. Also make sure to drink diluted lukewarm milk as Ashwagandha can increase pitta mild to moderate depending upon the constitution. Good luck.
