Ashwagandha and Thyroid medication
Hi I am a 30 year old female, on hypothyroidism medication ( thyronorm 50 mcg) going on since almost 12 years. I am very stressed most of the time and suffer from anxiety too. I recently read about the benefits of Ashwagandha, and it seems like a very promising herb ... So can I take Ashwagandha tablets? Will it interfere with my medication? And for how long these tablets can be taken? Which brand is the best for it? I am attaching my recent test results too for reference . Thank you.

Follow only one type of therapy whether ayurvedic or allopathic. There's no point in mixing because there are no studies to check interactions. There are hundreds thousand "herbs" with good effects doesn't mean you need those in your body. A healthy diet and exercise are more than enough.
