Tsh is too high. You can try drastically change life style n diet plan for two months. I m a known case of hypothyroidism since  age 36yr now almost 70,  my tsh is 1.64, I m on 100 mcg dose with drastically change life style n diet plan yet. You need 150 mcg one in empty stomach before breakfast for two months. With Shalcal 500 one at night as thyroxine is calcium depleting agent so bones become weak. After two months  you  need follow up with MD physician.
