Thyroid-Normal T3 T4 high TSH 15.2
I have  been diagonised with (normal T3 and T4 )high TSH 15.2 6 months back.Now  after being on 50mcg tablet now im having normal TSH can i taper my dosage? Is there any permenent solution to avoid taking pills throughout life.

U should be happy that ur thyroid profile has become normal now If u decrease the dose by urself u will land up in the same problem again The treatment was started coz ur body was not making enough thyroxine.why do u wnat that to happen again

Need to see reports. If you did total t3/4 then it is not accurate. Most likely need lifelong treatment, if some else says the opposite there is no evidence for it.
