Armpit swollen lymph nodes
Recently I have swollen lymph node under armpit area in pea size.First occur 1st week of September and gone in 2 days in my right hand armpit and then after in mid week it occur in both arm but they are painless.I doesn't have symptoms like fever ,flu and cold.Right now all the swollen lymph nodes gone away in 2 week.Today I done my CBC. It's showing Esr-32 CRP -15 Hemoglobin -15.1 Platelets count - 1.04 Wether I need more test and medication. Absolute lymphocytes count is normal.

Hello , It seems that the lymph nodes are resolving , wait for about a week , if it doesn’t subside completely get a Usg of the armpit ,CXR and Usg of abdomen .

You need to have a physical examination for this with nearby surgeon. Esr is  high and crp is high.
