Constant fear. Tightness in chest mostly in public. Fast breathing and shivering sometimes. When in college imagining going back home to my room and locking up my door and lying down on the bed and reading novel. Treating pcod side by side naturally with lifestyle changes. Earlier diagnosed by a psychiatrist having acute stress disorder and agar phobia and was on medication. Stopped medicine due to worse effects and also it interfered with my mentrual cycle. It was more than 1.5 years ago. Help
