Hey, I can understand your concern. Sometimes, after drinking BP fluctuations and chest pain are pretty normal. But as you said, ECG has come normal, so there is no problem related to the heart. Rest, as you have anxiety it's very natural of you to get anxious on these things. Please consult a good psychiatrist for your anxiety problems, online or offline. Remember, help is not very far.

Hi. Fluctuations in bp are common in people suffering from anxiety(especially during panic attack). Your anxiety particularly seems to be regarding your health condition(may be leading repeated ECG and BP monitoring). Inspite of using medications if you are still developing these symptoms kindly consult your psychiatrist for adjustment of anxiety medication.
Next Steps
You may also require psychotherapy(counselling sessions) along with medications.

Based on what you have described, your blood pressure readings, pulse rate, oxygen level, and ECG reports appear reassuring. Occasional chest discomfort and headache can sometimes occur after alcohol intake, anxiety episodes, or even muscle tension and acidity. When a person is already feeling worried about their health, normal bodily sensations can feel more intense and concerning. Since you mention that your blood pressure is usually around 120/80 mm Hg and investigations have been normal, this episode may not immediately suggest a serious cardiac problem. However, it is understandable that chest discomfort can feel alarming, especially when anxiety is known to have been a challenge you have had to deal with in life . If such symptoms occur repeatedly, persist for long, or are associated with sweating, severe breathlessness, dizziness, or pain radiating to the arm or jaw, you should seek immediate medical evaluation.
Next Steps
Continue taking your prescribed medication regularly and avoid alcohol while on anxiety medication, as it can temporarily worsen both physical sensations and anxiety symptoms. If the chest discomfort continues or worsens over the next few days, consult your physician for a routine examination and reassurance.
Health Tips
Try slow breathing exercises, adequate hydration, regular sleep, and limiting caffeine and alcohol intake. Monitoring blood pressure occasionally is fine, but repeated checking can sometimes increase worry. If health-related worries continue despite normal reports, discussing this with a mental health professional can be helpful.
